The Achieve Football Training Center is dedicated to identifying and cultivating talented football players.
With world-class facilities and expert coaching, the academy aims
to provide aspiring players with the opportunity to develop their skills and reach their full potential, all while experiencing the amazing culture Thailand has to offer!

Welcome to Achieve Football Training
Arrive in Thailand and join our Achieve Football Training Center
Players have full access to
all AFT facilities.
Training Field
The training center has well-maintained artificial grass fields, providing ample space for players to practice their techniques.
Swimming Pool
A private swimming pool is available to help all academy players recover from injuries & soreness and promote muscle recovery.
Accommodation & Food
The academy provides luxury accommodation for players & private chef who prepares 3 fresh meals per day.
Gym & Weight Room
A fully-equipped gymnasium with state-of-the-art equipment & dedicated weight room where Players can develop strength and power.
Sports Science Lab
The academy is equipped with a sports science lab, where players can analyse their performance and receive personalised training plans.
Thai Language Lessons
4 hours of studying per week in a classroom setting, A requirement for all players seeking a Professional Football Contract in Thailand.
AFT Coaches & Staff
The Academy’s coaching staff consists of experienced and qualified professionals who are passionate about developing football players. The coaches have a deep understanding of the game and specialise in various areas of football, including:
Technical Skills: Coaches focus on improving players’ technical skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control.
Tactical Awareness: Coaches assist players in understanding the game’s tactical aspects, including positioning, formations, and decision-making.
Physiological Development: Coaches work closely with players to optimise their physical performance, focusing on strength, speed, and agility.
Mental Resilience: Coaches help players develop mental resilience and focus, enabling them to cope with high-pressure situations and perform at their best
Achieve Football Training Centrer offers aspiring football players a unique opportunity to develop their skills, gain exposure, and reach their full potential. With world-class facilities, expert coaching, and a comprehensive program, the academy provides a nurturing environment for players to thrive.
An average day at the academy:
8:00 AM – Wake Up
8:30 AM – Breakfast (Cereal, Eggs, Toast, Oats / Porridge)
10:30 AM – Training (2 Hours)
1:00 PM – Lunch
3:00 PM – Video Analysis / Thai Language Lesson / Recovery / Sports Massage / Yoga
5:00PM – Training (2 Hours)
7:30PM – Dinner
10:00PM – Sleep
The schedule will be different on Match Days. There will be Showcase Games every week against Professional Clubs / Semi Professional Clubs / Thai and International Academy’s. All Games will be recorded with a Video Camera. Players can create their own Highlight Videos of their best moments from throughout the games.
The best Players at the AFT will be sent on trials directly with Professional Thai Clubs.
There will be realistic opportunities for Players to Sign Professional Contracts.

After we have established the level you are currently at, we provide you with trials directly with the football clubs themselves. All to give you the best opportunity of enhancing your football career!
Here at Achieve Football Training, we have an extensive network with our own Scouting Department. Our staff have forged strong relationships with Managers and Key Decision Makers throughout the Professional leagues in Thailand. Our Consultants and Scouts have played or worked at Professional clubs and know exactly what it takes to be successful at the highest level.

We secure UK Players trials with Professional & Semi-Professional Clubs in their preferred location(s).
Join our Thailand Training Centrer, Launching July 2024.
Players that Qualify are invited to join us in Thailand for the chance to sign a Professional Contract.
International Players for UK Pro & Semi-Pro Trials.
We secure International Players the opportunity to Trial with Professional & Semi-Professional Clubs in the UK.
